The route

From the first conversation to maintenance.

  1. Step 1

    Listen

A conversation to understand how you work. You get a written assessment.

  2. Step 2

    Propose

Mock-up screens, phases and budget, before any coding.

  3. Step 3

    Build

Short deliveries with the software working from the start.

  4. Step 4

    Go live

Data migration, team training and deployment.

  5. Step 5

    Maintain

Servers, backups and improvements as your business evolves.

What you can expect.

  1. Your code is yours

It's in the contract, with no lock-in with us.

  2. Everything in writing

Scope, timeline and price before starting.

  3. One point of responsibility

From process to server, with no finger-pointing between suppliers.

  4. We speak your language

No jargon: you'll know what's being done and why.

Questions

Before getting started.

Who owns the code you build?

Your company does. It's in the contract: the code and repositories are yours, with no opaque licences and no lock-in with us.

Is it safe to use AI with confidential data?

For sensitive data we can deploy open models on servers inside your infrastructure, so the data doesn't leave your environment.

My company runs on an old program. What does the switch look like?

In parallel: we clean and move the data, both systems run side by side and the old one is switched off once the new one is stable.

What happens after delivery?

We carry on: maintenance, servers, backups and improvements as your business evolves.
